    从来没有觉得吃是人生一件要事,现在才终于明了了,在几个月的自己掌勺当大厨之后。
     
    我的饮食原则是健康多于口味,每天要荤素搭配,不吃肉类可以,但纤维和蛋白绝对不能少,否则我这一天都会觉得欠点什么,连睡觉前都要惦记着是不是要补充点水果或牛奶。
     
    但在奥斯陆,往往健康的食物口味不佳又不能饱肚,比如色泽斑斓的沙拉,据说很健康,但我总觉得生的东西吃了肚子会抗议,而让人看着就眼馋的又被称为垃圾,比如让我流连忘返的大幅炸鸡图片或超市里未见其形先闻其味的售卖炸鸡的烤箱,或者街道两旁出境率极高的土耳其烤肉和热狗快餐店,虽然都附上一两片叶子点缀以示荤素均衡,但只要和“垃圾食品”沾边的我都不会轻易张口。
     
    还有还有,超市一年四季都是那些东西,让我十分十分的怀念国内的青翠碧绿的菜叶,什么莴笋啊,豌豆尖啊,冬寒菜啊,空心菜啊,无论清炒蒜茸还是做汤,要是现在有任何一样在我面前我都会不顾形象先吃为快,这里只有被称为kinakål(中国青菜)的白菜还有生菜和沙拉菜能见到叶子,其他都是球状或块状的比如西兰花、花菜、柿子椒等等,以至于现在一见到球状物我就扭头就走毫无食欲。其实据说这里的亚洲超市也有亚洲的青菜,离家太远,自己太懒不愿走,还有就是不愿做了。
     
    一次次证明自己不是厨艺高手,每天只愿在正餐上花最多一个小时,其他餐就随便讲究了,经常随意搭配荤素,有些东西在一起就是不好吃,结果搞得口味不佳食欲不振信心大减惰性大增,造成如今特别容易对食物起腻,明明昨天想好的食谱今天早上还兴致冲冲,但突然又由于种种原因觉得毫无吸引力。
     
    唉,原来吃还是很重要的~!再国内的各位兄弟姐妹们,一定要好好珍惜啊,我才出国也基本上不吃中国菜的,有段时间还爱上了自己下厨和这里各地风味的餐厅,但转了一大圈,还是回到原点,还是中国的好~还是师大的食堂好!

    lulu你做的不错呀!其实做饭就是要加点创意来点新鲜,有时吃饭并不重要,重要的是烹制的过程和享用时的愉悦,相信你自己哦!
